HOMEnhancements warrants its lighting products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, if a product proves to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, HOMEnhancements will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. This warranty covers the cost of the replacement parts or products but does not include labor or shipping fees.

To make a warranty claim, please contact the distributor where the product was originally purchased, along with proof of purchase and details of the issue. The distributor will work with HOMEnhancements to process your claim. For distributors, please reach out to our customer service team. You may be asked to provide photos or return the product for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost, excluding labor and shipping.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. HOMEnhancements is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
