The components of the fan, excluding the motor, are covered by a limited 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase. The motor is backed by a lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term reliability.

To make a warranty claim, please contact the distributor where the product was originally purchased, along with proof of purchase and details of the issue. The distributor will work with HOMEnhancements to process your claim. For distributors, please reach out to our customer service team. You may be asked to provide photos or return the product for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. HOMEnhancements is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
