HOMEnhancements warrants its LED lighting products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, if an LED product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, HOMEnhancements will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge. This warranty covers the cost of replacement parts or products, but it does not cover labor, installation, or shipping fees.

To make a warranty claim, please contact the distributor where the product was originally purchased, along with proof of purchase and details of the issue. The distributor will work with HOMEnhancements to process your claim. For distributors, please reach out to our customer service team. You may be asked to provide photos or return the product for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. HOMEnhancements is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
