ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8 AM to 4 PM CST). Orders placed after hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
HOMEnhancements reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping route for orders qualifying for freight allowance. Customers may request a preferred carrier, but any additional transportation costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING RATES & FREIGHT ALLOWANCE
Orders that meet the minimum distributor price threshold qualify for free freight allowance (FFA). Orders below the minimum will incur full freight charges, handling fees, and any additional accessorial fees from the carrier. For current freight allowance thresholds, please contact our sales team.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
All shipments are FOB Carrollton, TX, or an authorized HOMEnhancements vendor location. We ship across the continental United States. International shipping may be available upon request; additional fees and arrangements will apply.
PACKAGING
We optimize packaging at our discretion to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Some items may only be available in bulk or case quantities.
TRANSIT TIMES
Transit times vary based on location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by HOMEnhancements.
INSPECTION & DELIVERY
Customers must inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any visible damage, shortages, or errors must be noted on the Bill of Lading and reported to HOMEnhancements within 5 business days of delivery via email. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denied claims.
TRANSPORTATION CLAIMS
Title passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. HOMEnhancements is not liable for damages or shortages during transit. Customers must file claims directly with the delivering carrier. We will assist in providing necessary documentation upon request.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders for standard, in-stock items can be canceled without charge prior to shipment. Cancellations after shipment or refusals at delivery will incur return shipping, warehousing, and handling fees. Custom, non-stocking, or special-order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
RETURNS
Returns require prior authorization and an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Requests must be made within 4 months of shipment. All returns must be in original packaging and resalable condition. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies. Special orders, discontinued items, and modified products are non-returnable.
SHIPPING DELAYS
HOMEnhancements is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or force majeure events, including strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
